CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

**POSITION SUMMARY**Programs, sets up, and operates CNC machinery to manufacture complex precision parts for drilling and geotechnical equipment, ensuring dimensional accuracy and quality.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Program CNC machines using G-code and/or CAM softwarePerform complex setups, including fixturing, tooling selection, and offsetsMachine close-tolerance parts from steel, aluminum, and specialty alloysInspect finished parts to blueprint specificationsTroubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actionsMentor CNC Operators and AssistantsMaintain accurate production and inspection records**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**- High school diploma or GED3+ years CNC machining experienceProficiency in G-code programmingAbility to work to tight tolerances (±0.001")**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**- Associate degree in Manufacturing TechnologyCAM software experience (Mastercam, Fusion 360)Experience machining drill rods or downhole tools**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT**- Prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, exposure to cutting fluids, metal dust, and noise.
