Repair Table Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)

• Inspect incoming pallets thoroughly to identify damages, defects, and areas requiring repair.
• Execute repairs on wooden pallets using a variety of hand tools (e.g., hammers, pry bars, nail guns, saws) and, potentially, machinist tools.
• Remove and replace damaged boards, blocks, and other pallet components efficiently and accurately.
• Operate pneumatic tools and other machinery safely and effectively for pallet repair.
• Sort, stack, and move repaired pallets according to established company standards and procedures.

Repair Table Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently and continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Work takes place in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and established safety protocols precisely.
• Proficiency in using Hand Tools (e.g., hammers, nail guns, pry bars, saws). Experience with Machinist Tools.
