Human Resources Assistant
TCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. We encourage inclusion through our programs and ensure that our supported individuals live as independently as possible and engage in all aspects of their community.
An essential member of the TCH team is the HR Assistant. In addition to handling the daily administrative operations of the human resources department, you will serve as a liaison between the HR Department and TCH employees, through effective communications, maintaining employee records, and addressing staff inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
