Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location: Dallas, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift, 7 PM - 7 AM, with weekend and rotating requirements.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our high-risk obstetric unit specializing in labor and delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive bedside training in high-risk obstetrics and experience in circulating during C-sections. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the care and recovery of high acuity patients in a 24-bed unit.

Responsibilities:

Provide care for high-risk obstetric patients during labor and delivery.

Assist in C-sections and recover patients post-delivery.

Utilize GE fetal monitors and Meditech for documentation.

Support patient-centered care within a collaborative team environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-risk labor and delivery care.

Current RN license.

AWONN fetal monitoring certificate is preferred.
