Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — ABA Therapy$85,000–$115,000/yr + Monthly Bonuses | Full-Time, 40 hrs/wk | Monday–Friday | No Evenings, Weekends, or TravelANNA Autism Care is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team. We specialize in early intervention ABA therapy for Autistic children under age 6, using the neuroaffirming model, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention, or NDBI (ESDM, PRT, JASPER).Competitive Salary & Monthly Bonuses: $85K–$115K base salary plus $30/hr for every billable hour over 100/month.
