Aesthetician- Medical Spa (Full-Time)

Role Description The Medical Aesthetician is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This role is responsible for performing a variety of aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, Hydrafacials, and more, in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting thorough client consultations, reviewing medical histories, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting services accurately. The Medical Aesthetician will operate and maintain laser and other aesthetic devices, follow strict sanitation and infection control guidelines, and monitor client responses during and after treatments. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, educating clients on pre- and post-care, recommending appropriate treatment packages and skincare products, and collaborating with medical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless client experience.

Proficiency in aesthetic treatment techniques, including facials

Foundational knowledge of Medicine or medical aesthetics principles, including safety protocols and contraindications.

Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and support client comfort throughout treatments.

Current aesthetician or cosmetology license in the state of New York; Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain detailed treatment records, and adhere to regulatory and infection control standards.

Comfort working with aesthetic devices and technology, with attention to detail and safety.

Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or cosmetic practice is preferred but not required.
