This global organization is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to partner directly with operations leadership and help drive performance across manufacturing, logistics, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.

This is not a traditional accounting role.

This is a highly visible finance leadership position where you'll influence business decisions, improve profitability, optimize working capital, and help shape the future of a complex operation.

You'll serve as the financial business partner to operational leaders while collaborating with finance teams across multiple manufacturing facilities.

Supply chain performance

Capital investment decisions
KPI development and performance management
Continuous improvement initiatives

If you enjoy getting into the business, challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and helping leadership make smarter decisions, you'll love this role.

7+ years of finance experience

Strong operational, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics finance background
Experience with cost accounting
Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities
Financial modeling and business analytics expertise
MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
Multi-site manufacturing experience is a major plus
Spanish language skills are highly valued
