ioVista is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of eCommerce and digital solutions projects. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce project management, experience working with offshore development teams, and a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and support initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple eCommerce and digital projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.

Coordinate daily project activities, ongoing support requests, and maintenance initiatives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with offshore development, QA, design, and marketing teams to gather updates, track progress, and remove project roadblocks.

Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication standards are maintained.

Manage client expectations while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate third‑party vendors, technology partners, and integration stakeholders when necessary.

Required Skills

3+ years of project management experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or web development environments.

Experience managing projects on Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, and/or BigCommerce platforms.

Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce operations and workflows.

Experience with ERP, PIM, CRM, CMS, payment gateway, and third‑party system integrations.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross‑functional teams simultaneously.

Experience coordinating remote and offshore development teams.

Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to develop project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Teamwork, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within digital agencies or eCommerce consulting organizations.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.

Experience supporting long‑term client accounts and recurring support engagements.

Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, conversion optimization, and analytics initiatives.
