Pay: $35-45/hr
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract and support a high-volume requisition load. This role focuses heavily on field sales recruitment, particularly across West Coast regions, with additional exposure to APAC hiring.
What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruitment for field sales and business roles
Partner with hiring managers to define and execute recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates to build strong pipelines
Ensure smooth continuity of hiring efforts during team coverage
What We’re Looking For Proven experience with sales recruiting (bonus: generalist/business recruiting)
