CNC Programmers- 2nd Shift

CNC Machinist – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $24.00-$26.00/hour DOE Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join a fast-paced Rapid Prototyping team supporting the Aerospace, Defense, and Semiconductor industries.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates with a strong work ethic, stable work history, and solid references.
What You'll Do

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision, tight-tolerance parts
Work with 5-axis milling and turning machines to create complex components
Support rapid prototyping and quick-turn projects
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
Inspect parts using precision measurement tools to ensure quality standards
Help improve processes for scalability and production efficiency
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Follow and promote strong safety practices
What We're Looking For

~5+ years of CNC machining experience (high-precision environment)
~ Strong experience with:

• 5-Axis Milling
• Turning Centers (Twin Spindle preferred)
• Conventional machines (Bridgeport, etc.)

Experience in Aerospace, Defense, or Semiconductor industries preferred
Ability to read prints, work independently, and maintain high quality under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable work history and strong references required
Preferred (Nice to Have)

EDM experience (Wire or Sinker)
CNC programming/CAM experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards
