Virtual Vocations Inc

Seeking a California Licensed Insurance Defense Attorney for a long-term contract engagement, the position will manage all phases of medical malpractice and insurance defense litigation while working in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

Manage all phases of medical malpractice and insurance defense litigation

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation-related documents

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex legal issues

Required qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of medical malpractice and/or insurance defense litigation experience

Experience handling all aspects of civil litigation from case inception through resolution

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Active admission to the California Bar (required)
