We believe there’s a better way for ABA. One of the Kids is dedicated to helping families care for kids with autism and enjoy the journey. We are a multidisciplinary clinic with ABA, Speech, and OT working together in an integrated approach at our award‑winning campus while enjoying various developmental activities such as aquatic therapy, social skill groups, and school readiness classrooms. In the Fall of 2024, we are launching a non‑profit private school, One of the Kids Academy, at the South Austin location.

We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight‑knit team.

Serve as a certified BCBA with at least 1+ year of BCBA‑related experience (preferred but not required).

• Manage a small caseload of 5–6 comprehensive program clients (140–160 direct therapy hours under supervision).
• Provide clinical supervision to ABA therapists, ensuring high‑quality service for clients.
• Maintain center‑based duties in South Austin and collaboratively work with Speech and Occupational Therapy staff.

BCBA certification.

Salary $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus quarterly performance‑based bonus.
