Job Overview A law firm seeks a Plaintiff Litigation Attorney in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will manage bodily injury cases from pre-suit through trial and resolution, making a significant impact in the pursuit of justice for clients.
Duties Handle bodily injury and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.
Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
Present PowerPoint presentations during mediations.
Lead cases from pre-suit through trial and resolution.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant claims.
Proven trial experience with knowledge of Florida Evidence Code and Rules of Civil Procedure.
Strong courtroom presence and competitive mindset.
Education Juris Doctorate required.
Certifications Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
Skills Detail-oriented and driven with a relentless pursuit of success.
Ability to work aggressively and decisively.
