The Senior Producer will work directly with internal creative and sales teams, external brands, agencies, and vendors to create best-in-class creative for Snapchat. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely across multiple cross-functional teams at Snapchat, have excellent communication skills in client and vendor management, and possess strategic thinking in proactively problem solving against creative challenges and logistical hurdles during each project.

Serve as the primary point of contact and lead production for complex, multi-format, high-visibility, and innovation-led advertising campaigns, establishing clear timelines, processes, and ownership across advertisers, vendors, and Snap teams to drive efficient, high-quality execution that supports business growth.

Anticipate risks and challenges throughout asset development and production, proactively developing creative and scalable solutions to keep projects on track.

Provide ongoing strategic guidance and feedback to external creative services partners, ensuring alignment with Snap standards, production best practices, and business objectives.

Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing improvements to production processes, project management workflows, tooling, and work distribution to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Maintain strong operational rigor and data integrity across projects through consistent tooling hygiene, accurate project tracking, and adherence to established processes.

Act as a creative ambassador for Snapchat, championing platform guidelines, creative best practices, and innovative approaches that help advertisers maximize the impact of their campaigns.

Creative, agency, and/or tech experience

Ability to independently manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders while maintaining high attention to detail

Proficient in Keynote, Google suite, and project management tools (e.g. 6+ years of project management or production experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience with influencer marketing/talent management agencies

Familiarity with augmented reality and video trends
