A valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; An unencumbered LPN license is required.
Minimum of at least one year of successful experience as a LPN in assisted living or long-term care
Experience administering medication and treatment plans per doctor's orders and community policies
Knowledge of state regulations pertaining to resident care and understanding the importance of being state survey ready, every day.
Have experience working as a mandatory reporter and can immediately intervene, report, and investigate all suspected or alleged verbal, physical, sexual abuse, or theft from a resident.
