Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P is an Industry leader in Insurance Services, Tax Preparation, and DMV Registration Services. Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P is currently in Growth mode opening up more Leadership and Advancement opportunities available to our Team Members that are interested in furthering their career. Provide WOW Level Customer Service to our clients
- Meet with potential clients to assess and educate them on their insurance needs and coverage options
- Assist customers with making payments in person or over the phone.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
On-target first-year agents earn between $50,000 - $75,000 , with senior agents earning $85,000-$125,000 annually
- Steady and consistent Weekly hours and its a Full-time position (35-45 hours per week) NO PART-TIME HOURS
- Weekly pay including Uncapped commission (paid weekly)
- Paid training to help you obtain your Insurance License within 30 days
- Opportunities for growth into leadership and expanded commission roles including DMV and tax preparation
- Medical, dental, and vision plans available
- Paid sick leave and vacation time and 5 Holidays Off
High school diploma; Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
- Bilingual- Must be able to fluently Speak Spanish
- Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
