Electrical Assembly Associate

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring an Electrical Assembly Associate for a large, well-known client in Carol Stream, IL. As an Electrical Assembly Associate, you will be an essential part of our clients core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer. All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $19/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include: 1st: 6:30am - 3:00pm M-F

Responsibilities of the Electrical Assembly Associate:

Follow and understand all Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and procedures related to manufacturing of quality products.

Comply with quality procedures including calibrated tools, preventative maintenance tools, perishable materials and handling of defective materials.

Produce work safely and efficiently while meeting all quality standards.

Produce assemblies within standard lead time per workbench and clockings.

Visual inspection of material before and after assembly, including video and photos.

Maintain a clean and organized work area per housekeeping standards, including tool carts.

Required Qualifications of the Electrical Assembly Associate:

Understand in detail how your work meets customer needs.
