Human Resource DirectorCentury Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resource Director to join their team. Oversee HR generalist duties including onboarding, orientations, and employee evaluationsAdminister benefits programs and manage leaves of absence and unemployment claimsHandle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolutionPrepare HR ad hoc reports and maintain accurate employee recordsSupport recruitment efforts as needed in collaboration with the existing HR teamRequirements:Demonstrate hands-on experience managing HR functions across multiple locationsCommunicate effectively with executives and employees at all levelsResolve employee relations issues with professionalism and discretionAdapt quickly to changing priorities and high-demand environmentsMaintain compliance with employment laws and internal HR policiesQualifications:A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field5+ years of progressive HR experienceApply strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions simultaneouslyExhibit confidence and assertiveness when working with high-level stakeholdersShow proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for HR documentation and reporting
