Warehouse Person-Full Time

Davinci Micro Fulfillment partners with brands to optimize their direct-to-consumer Commerce solutions through quick, efficient and cost-effective solutions. We operate 5 Fulfillment Centers nationally and support over 50 brands.

A Warehouse Associate manages daily logistics, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. They maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse while operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using pick lists, RF scanners, or a WMS system.

Pack items securely and neatly in accordance with packing standards to prevent damage in transit.

Meet individual and team picking/packing rate targets consistently.

Identify and report discrepancies, damaged stock, or low stock levels to supervisors.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to support accurate inventory management.

Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

3 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfilment center, or similar logistics environment required

• Prior forklift certification is helpful.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

This is fulltime role with a rate of $18.00/hourly.
