Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM

• Every other weekend requirement
• Minimum of 2 holidays required during contract timeframe
• Patient ratios of 1:4-5 for both day and night shifts
• Must read and interpret telemetry strips
• Floating required to MedSurg or ICU to take PCU acuity patients
• One day of unit-specific orientation
• Care for adults with cardiac med/surg, dialysis, cancer diagnosis, vascular, sepsis, adult respiratory, stroke, post stent, post pacer placement, and renal failure conditions
• Chart in EPIC system
• Must live more than 50 miles from facility location
• Artificial nails prohibited in patient care areas

Facility:
This healthcare facility operates a 40-bed Progressive Care Unit with an average daily census of 24 patients. The facility is a Level 2 trauma center providing acute care services with modern equipment including telemetry monitoring, high flow respiratory equipment, and advanced patient handling systems. The organization focuses on patient experience scores and maintains high standards for responsiveness, hospital environment, and medication communication while serving diverse patient populations in the community.

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
