Maintenance Clerk

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Clerk for our Phoenix, AZ branch.
Inventory Management : Maintain accurate stock levels, descriptions, and locations for repair and maintenance parts; track all parts entering and leaving the storeroom.
Parts & Tool Control : Receive, tag, stock, and dispense parts to mechanics; issue tools and maintain accountability for tools used in vehicle and equipment repairs.
Contact vendors to obtain price quotes, follow up on parts orders, and coordinate service requests to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of parts.
Ensure parts are available in a cost-efficient manner to support maintenance operations.
manage spare parts inventory, maintenance supply replenishment, and work order tracking.
Administrative Support : Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, work orders, and maintenance activities; perform general administrative tasks to support the maintenance and operations teams.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
Mechanical & Technical Knowledge : Working knowledge of machines, tools, and equipment, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
Computer Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Relevant Experience : Previous experience supporting parts departments, inventory control, or related operational or administrative functions.

Physical Conditions: Standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. May occasionally require standing or moving between office areas. Salary: $23.00-$27.00 per hour (The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position, and individual hourly rate will be based on skills, qualifications, and experience)
