Service Concierge Customer Support Position

As a Concierge, you create the first impression of Sunrise—welcoming residents, families, and visitors while ensuring a warm, safe, and organized community experience. Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth

Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries

Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials

Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry

Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters

Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks

You serve as the face of the community—ensuring every interaction reflects Sunrise's hospitality and service standards.

High School Diploma/GED

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
