Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Partner with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic, comprehensive patient care.
Equip patients and caregivers with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster continuous progress at home.
Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical developments and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure patients are on a path to success.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Encouragement for continued education and support for post-graduate certifications.
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
A genuine enthusiasm for empowering individuals and fostering independence.
