This role involves overseeing, directing and executing structural engineering designs and permitting efforts for a range of commercial and industrial sector projects.

Managing and mentoring engineering team, providing guidance, support and fostering professional growth
Ensuring adherence to best practices, industry regulations and quality assurance processes
8+ years of experience with structural concrete, steel and retaining structure rehabilitation design.

• Professional Engineering licensure.
• Proficiency in industry standard structural analysis and building code analysis.
• Deep understanding of building construction techniques and experience with structural framing systems.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, external partners, and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of business objectives, financial management and market dynamics.
• Collaborative and supportive personal communication style.
• Experience building and mentoring teams of high performing technical people.
