Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level Finance Associate Attorney in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience representing banks and institutional lenders in various finance transactions, including secured loan transactions and cross-border finance.

Responsibilities Represent banks and institutional lenders in secured loan transactions.

Manage structuring, documentation, and closing of financing transactions.

Collaborate with tax, regulatory, and corporate teams on transaction structuring.

Communicate complex legal matters effectively to clients and team members.

Requirements 3-5 years of law firm experience in finance transactions.

Experience in leveraged lending, commercial lending, or private credit finance preferred.

Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.

Admitted to the New York State bar or eligible to waive in.

Certifications Admitted to the New York State bar.
