Senior HR Generalist, Employee Relations and Recruitment

We're searching for a Senior Human Resources Generalist who brings a strong foundation in all areas of Human Resources, with expertise in Benefits Administration and HRIS Management . This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, partner with leaders across the firm, and help shape the employee experience from hire to retire .
Be the subject matter expert for our employee benefits programs and HRIS.
Build strong relationships with employees and leaders by providing exceptional HR support.
Find ways to improve processes, increase efficiencies, and make HR even better.
Partner on meaningful HR initiatives that support our people and our firm.
Help create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and engaged.
HRIS Administration
Serve as the HRIS expert and champion data accuracy.
Generate meaningful HR reports and workforce metrics.
Human Resources Partnership
Support leaders and employees with employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, onboarding, and performance management.
Help ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
Participate in HR projects that make a real difference across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience managing and maintaining an HRIS.
Broad HR Generalist knowledge across multiple HR disciplines.
