Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available
$70–$90 per hour + Bonuses
As a growing ABA provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality, individualized services while creating an environment where BCBAs feel supported, valued, and inspired to lead.
We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making meaningful change in the lives of children and families. 70–$90 per hour (based on experience)
Performance-based bonus opportunities
Flexible scheduling (Part-time or Full-time)
The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback
Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
Active BCBA certification required
Master’s degree in ABA or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism
