The role
Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
Conduct oral health assessments and screenings
Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques
Support infection control protocols and sterilization procedures
Work alongside dentists and the broader dental team in a genuinely collaborative practice
What you need
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Active Ohio Dental Hygienist license — or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
New graduates welcome. Prior experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Familiarity with digital charting and dental software; EPIC or Dentrix experience is a plus, not required
