Who You Are Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant experience in civil litigation, merger review, HSR, merger compliance, or transactional counseling.
Background: Prior experience at a top law firm or relevant government agency.
Skills: Strong litigation and/or transactional skills; excellent oral and written communication; leadership and client service orientation.
Credentials: Outstanding academic record and admission or eligibility to waive into a U.S. state bar.
