Job Description

Job Description Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist members in person, by phone and via digital channels

Process a variety of transactions accurately, including deosits, withdrawals, payments and account maintenance

Educate members on products, services, on line banking tools and financial solutions that meet their needs

Resolve member questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Open new accounts and service existing accounts

Maintain a high level of confidentiality, compliance and attention to detail in all member interactions

Qualifications

High school diploma or the equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous retail, banking or customer service experience preferred

Comfort with computers, digital tools and learning new systems

Ability to multi-task, stay organised and work in a fast moving environment

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed financially
