Insurance Producer (All About Insurance Agency)

This role supports the Allstate Insurance office located within the Oakbrook Toyota store and is part of Rohrman Automotive Group’s championship team.

Sell, quote, and write P&C policies
Cross‑sell other Allstate products to existing customers
Follow up with existing and potential customers
Review coverage selections with customers as they may want to adjust choices over time
Ensure all policies are processed in accordance with Allstate procedures and documents are retained as directed
Understand the product offering available through Allstate as well as relevant risk‑management policies and rules
Assign and carry out production objectives within the insurance team
Build and maintain relationships with dealership employees and customers
Open to a flexible work schedule
