Position Responsibilities Our Infant/Toddler Teacher will be responsible for helping provide high-quality care throughout the school day, including:
Providing attentive, nurturing care for infants and toddlers
Creating positive relationships and connections with each child
Engaging children through developmentally appropriate learning, play, reading, music, movement, and exploration
Following classroom schedules, lesson plans, policies, and procedures
Working closely with fellow teachers and administration
Following all health, safety, and state childcare licensing requirements
Helping create a positive classroom culture where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn

Schedule Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Our Ideal Teacher We are looking for someone who is:
Energetic and actively engaged with children
Comfortable working in a Christian preschool environment
Previous childcare or early childhood education experience is strongly preferred but not required
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right heart for children, a strong work ethic, and the dependability our children and families deserve.
