Receptionist/Front Desk Services

With over 23 years of dedicated legal service, Ligori & Ligori Attorneys at Law has earned a strong reputation for client advocacy and compassionate representation across Florida. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the client experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy law firm. This position is more than just answering phones — it's about creating a welcoming environment and keeping our office running smoothly with professionalism and heart. Hourly Pay: $16 – $20.
- 6 personal/sick days per year.
- 6 federal holidays off.
- 4 health insurance plans to choose from (including HSA options).
- Basic health, dental, and vision insurance fully paid by the firm.
- 50,000 Life Insurance Policy (100% paid by the firm).
- Handle incoming mail, including medical records and legal correspondence.
Draft and prepare outgoing mail and client communications.
Maintain front office organization and appearance.
Support administrative staff with light clerical tasks as needed.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Minimum 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, confident and projecting voice.
