Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Compensation and Benefits

10‑week training program with starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour until assigned a route

Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route

Majority work a 4‑day workweek

Majority work no nights or weekends

Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives

Key Responsibilities

Face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers

Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns

Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services

Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely

Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Skills and Qualifications

Required: Meet all Department of Transportation requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs: active driver's license, at least 21 years of age, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment

Physical ability to meet the position's demands

A high school diploma, GED, or military service

Strong customer service orientation

Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork‑oriented environment

Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
