About the Role: The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) plays a critical role in helping injured patients recover and return to their highest level of function. Working under the direction of the treating provider, the PTA delivers evidence-based therapeutic interventions, reinforces treatment plans, tracks patient progress, and ensures an exceptional patient experience throughout the course of care. This position is heavily focused on Personal Injury (PI), Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), and musculoskeletal rehabilitation patients. We're flexible when it comes to scheduling and are open to both part-time and full-time candidates. We're focused on finding the right person first and building a schedule that works for everyone. Deliver therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and functional rehabilitation. - Document objective findings, patient response, and progression of care. - Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and clinic standards. - Assist with implementation of new treatment protocols. - Support clinic initiatives focused on patient outcomes and operational excellence. Promote a welcoming and positive clinic culture. Assist in training future staff as department grows. - Contribute ideas that improve patient care and clinic operations.
