Prep Cook Conejo, Mexican restaurant in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time and full-time prep cooks to join our kitchen team! Starting prep cook wages of $16-$22/hour.
Responsibilities include: learning all recipes and prepping techniques
opening kitchen and completing prep list for next shift
adhering to standards of quality, sanitation and safety protocols
assisting with inventory management when needed
assisting with dishwashing when needed

QUALIFICATIONS Kitchen experience preferably in a high-volume restaurant
Safe, competent knife skills
Physically able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs
Experience with Mexican cooking a plus
