Head of Compliance Operations

Estes Express

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a Dock Supervisor to lead and direct dock employees, ensuring efficient, safe LTL operations. You will set targets, coach staff, and ensure paperwork accuracy while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, dispatch and dock experience, plus the ability to work 50 hours a week, including nights or weekends if needed. Local metro area knowledge is a plus.
