Head of Technical Programme Management

Role Description

• Thrive in fast paced environment.
• Need someone who has experience working as a TPM for at least 4 years and can hit the ground running.
• Overall experience 15+ years supporting Software Development, and at least 3-4 years in Digital particularly mobile.
• We support initiatives in the digital engineering group - mobile work is heavy than web.
• Highly accountable (strong sense of ownership) to plan, track, report and control all aspects of program management.
• Drive all the work across multiple teams - from estimation to post prod support.
• Self-starter to lead initiatives but work as part of a TPM team understanding expectations.
• TPM coordination is needed across the breadth of PCW teams (large org) - quickly knowing key players (diplomatic, relationship building).
• Work closely with product managers, other TPMs, engineering managers, tech leads and engineers - working across team of teams.

Required Skills

Experience

• Experience working as a TPM for at least 4 years.
• Overall experience of 15+ years supporting Software Development.
• t least 3-4 years of experience in Digital, particularly mobile.

Program & Delivery Management

• Strong sense of ownership to plan, track, report and control all aspects of program management.
• bility to drive work across multiple teams from estimation to post production support.
• bility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to lead initiatives while working as part of a TPM team.
• Experience coordinating across large organizations and building relationships with key stakeholders.
