Variety with purpose: every 90-day cycle tackles a new business challenge—operations, finance, commercial, or enabling functions.Grow your influence: you’ll work across GeoZones and functions, building a strong network and sharpening executive communication.Skills/Education Required Proven success leading fast-cycle delivery, turnaround initiatives, or transformation programs with clear KPI ownership.Comfort with data, dashboards, and business cases, including tracking baselines, targets, and benefits realization.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or Lean certification is a plus.8+ years of project or program management experience delivering measurable results across multiple functions.This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 40%About UsWeatherford is a leading global energy services company.
