Material Buyer Procurement / Planning Coordinator
Duration: 2 Years Contract with possible extension
PR: $45.00 - $50.00/hr on W2

Ensuring Contract Manufacturer (CM) pricing is correct
Transition materials from expense to direct material
Execute Buy/Sell processes, ensuring material is where it needs to be when it needs to be there
Manage prototype CM activities, ensure communication between R&D and the CM, and draw in the correct team members to resolve issues
Review and approve PCB material ordering
Bill of Materials (BOM) Management
Manage tariffs and ensure required approvals are granted and documented
Project Lifecycle Support
Coordinate end-of-project material disposition
Attend all Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings to provide material management updates and support
Join our NAS NPI team as a Materials Management Business Process Specialist, where your ability to ask questions and learn what you don't know will set you apart. We're looking for a self-starter with strong follow-through who thrives on solving challenges and driving results.
- 5+ years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Proven track record in supplier management, cost analysis, and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field desired (or equivalent experience)
