Associate Account ManagerBloom Ads is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Associate Account Manager to join our Account Services team. This role supports senior account managers in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing timelines, and ensuring that client campaigns are executed to the highest standard. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at building strong client relationships while collaborating across internal departments.This is an in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior account managers to ensure all client deliverables and campaign objectives are met on time and within scope.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across assigned accounts.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution.Prepare and maintain client documentation, including purchase orders, pacing documents, change orders, performance reports, and media plans.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client projects.Attend and participate in internal and client meetings, presentations, and events as needed.Support the preparation of client presentations and reports, ensuring all materials are reviewed and finalized before submission.Maintain a deep understanding of client goals, marketing strategies, and KPIs.Assist senior account managers with day-to-day administrative and strategic support.Knowledge and Skills Required1–3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or advertising.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools such as Asana preferred.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.BenefitsComprehensive medical benefits: health, dental, vision, life, and AD&D coverageGenerous vacation policyHoliday PTO + Work-from-Home FridaysCompany contributions to 401(k) retirement savingsPaid volunteer hours to support causes you care aboutProfessional development opportunitiesExtras That Make a DifferenceFree snacks (mostly healthy!)Coffee Thursdays to fuel creativityMonthly lunch & learns to expand your expertiseQuarterly town halls with food, prizes, and company updatesTeam parties and celebrations to recognize achievementsAbout Bloom AdsBloom Ads is a rapidly growing advertising agency that combines world-class media capabilities with cutting-edge statistics.
