We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to provide dedicated operational support. This role is responsible for the support of the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, encompassing recruitment coordination, pre-employment screening, and comprehensive onboarding. You will serve as the primary lead for contractor management, ensuring strict precision and compliance while managing HRIS data entry and HR reporting to support a high-performing talent function.

Assist with HR administrative/clerical duties, including onboarding, new hire processing, and meeting scheduling.

Utilize HR analytics to assess workforce trends, support data-driven decisions, and manage HR systems data entry.

Prepare reports and presentations for management highlighting key HR metrics and insights.

Oversee contractor administration processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Collaborate with procurement and management on contractor-related HR matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on recruiting and analytics.
• Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, ADP WorkforceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compliance, and labor laws
• Strong organizational skills and experience leading/coaching teams.

This position requires an employee to be in an office environment as well as exposed to outside elements. Most extreme elements are heat in the summer months of up to 104°F (40°C) and some exposure to cold of generally no less than 15°F (-10°C) in the winter months. There will be exposure to various chemicals and compounds, including fumes and smells, some of them hazardous. General office noise may be experienced and louder sounds and vibrations when outside. Employees may be required to travel by air, rail, bus, or car.
