Recruiter (Banking/ Finance) - REMOTE

Financial Services Recruiter Location: Miami, Florida
Schedule: Hybrid, four days onsite and one remote day per week
Compensation: Base salary plus commission

MOHR Talent is seeking a driven Financial Services Recruiter to identify and attract professionals across banking, wealth management, investment management, insurance, fintech, and related financial-services organizations.
This role is ideal for an experienced agency recruiter or a performance-driven professional who understands financial services and wants to build a successful recruiting career.

What You’ll Do
Recruit professionals across banking, wealth management, investment management, insurance, fintech, and financial advisory organizations.
Source and engage active and passive candidates.
Evaluate candidates’ experience, qualifications, career objectives, compensation expectations, and motivation.
Recruit for positions across accounting, finance, operations, compliance, risk, client services, investment support, and leadership.
Prepare and present qualified candidates professionally.
Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the interview and hiring process.
Manage multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines.
Maintain accurate candidate information, activity, and status updates in Bullhorn.
Collaborate with recruiters, sales representatives, and leadership.
Consistently work toward activity, submission, interview, placement, and revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For
Two or more years of agency recruiting or relevant financial-services experience is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Experience recruiting or working within banking, wealth management, investments, insurance, fintech, accounting, or finance is highly desirable.
A history of meeting or exceeding KPIs, quotas, production goals, or revenue expectations.
Strong phone, interviewing, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
The ability to understand specialized positions and communicate credibly with experienced professionals.
Competitive drive, persistence, urgency, and personal accountability.
The ability to accept coaching, apply feedback, and work independently.
Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, or comparable platforms is helpful.
