Recruiter - Human Resources Recruiting - Full Time

$15 per hour

As an Entry Level Recruiter/Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our growth efforts. We will give you hands on training and offer a collaborative work environment. Our philosophy is "people helping people" so, our goal is to ensure long-term success for anyone on our team.

Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Conduct interviews via phone or in-person

Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Onboarding: orientation, data entry, and additional systems

Daily recruiting funnel analytics

Basic HR communication and systems

Bachelor's degree

Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

Part-time position; opportunity to move to full-time

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-12:00

Pay: $15 to start + room for growth, bonuses, and incentives

Hybrid work-style
