Head of Project Management (Construction)

As Project Manager, you will own the project from award through close-out, keeping budgets on track, schedules moving, and clients informed every step of the way. Financial performance: develop budgets, track cost codes, approve invoices, and protect positive job margins.

Schedule management: Contract administration: negotiate subcontracts, ensure strict compliance with scopes, specs, and owner contracts.

Client & partner relations: cultivate long‑term relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners; Team leadership: manage, train, and supervise project engineers and coordinators; Risk & quality: drive RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality‑control processes; Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of project management experience with a proven record of successful commercial projects.

Solid understanding of estimating, scheduling, contract law, and construction means & methods.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project, Procore, or similar project‑management tools.

Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Multi‑Family, Mixed‑Use, Senior Housing, or Affordable Housing.

LEED AP, CCM, or PMP certification.
