Licensed Professional Counselor

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate mental health counseling to clients

Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards

Stay current with industry best practices and pursue professional growth

Qualifications & Skills:

Licensed Professional Counselor certification

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Empathetic, dedicated, and patient-centered approach

Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment

Key Duties:
Deliver high-quality mental health services, support client progress, and contribute to a supportive and innovative care environment.
