Material Handler IThe Material Handler I is responsible for supporting daily material handling operations, including receiving, storing, moving, and shipping RMA orders. This entry-level role ensures accurate inventory tracking and timely material flow to support manufacturing and warehouse activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine material handling tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping RMA orders.Transport materials within the facility using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand tools.Accurately enter and update inventory data in the ERP or inventory management system.Assist with cycle counts and support inventory control processes.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies.Follow standard operating procedures and complete assigned tasks and projects as directed.0–1 year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling environment.Basic understanding of order processes is a plus (training will be provided).Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred (Oracle experience is a plus).Required SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsWillingness to learn and take directionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic problem-solving skillsEffective verbal and written communicationFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move materials up to 35lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsOur Culture & Commitment to YouAt Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
