Temporary Administrative/Professional Positions

Job Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in both billing/invoicing and accounts receivable. This position will support customer billing and receivables, with the day-to-day emphasis based on branch needs. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with customers and internal teams. Prepare and process customer billing and invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
Review job information, pricing, purchase orders, and supporting documents for billing accuracy
Process and apply customer payments and maintain accurate accounts receivable records
Follow up on past-due accounts and assist with collection efforts
Research and resolve billing questions, payment discrepancies, and customer account issues
Communicate with customers, sales, branch leadership, and Accounting to support timely billing and collections
Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records
Prepare reports and spreadsheets for internal tracking and analysis
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle inquiries
Support with general office tasks and assist other departments as needed
Experience with billing/invoicing and accounts receivable required
Strong computer and data-entry skills; experience with accounting software and spreadsheets preferred
High school diploma or GED required

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
