We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) - Labor & Delivery for a leading healthcare organization in Seattle, Washington .
Position Highlights Location: Seattle, WA
Position: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery
Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours/week
Shift: Night Shift
Shift Length: 12 hours
Hiring Bonus: $15,000 for eligible external candidates who meet applicable requirements

Responsibilities Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions appropriately.
Advocate for patients and families while supporting ethical, holistic, and patient-centered care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and evidence-based nursing practices.
Educate patients, families, students, and healthcare team members.
Coordinate care and appropriately delegate responsibilities within the care team.
Maintain required competencies and participate in ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Washington RN License upon hire.
BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification upon hire.
Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience .
Clinical rotations, student experience, and residency programs do not count toward the required L&D experience.
Preferred National certification in Labor & Delivery or the applicable specialty.
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have at least one full year of hands-on Labor & Delivery RN experience and be comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment.
