Operations Manager Your Opportunity:

Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service, internal communication, team calendar, company social media presence internally and externally, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events, and referrals.
Work closely with our full time Transaction Coordinator as the backbone team for the administrative side of our business.
Create and own systems for maintaining integrity of the database, including tracking and holding agents accountable to activities.
Manage the quality of all listing launches and contract to close and ensure the client experience and process is world class.
Provide a memorable experience for clients through phone, email, text and sometimes in-person communications.
Maintain a functional and inspirational physical office space to ensure all team agents have what they need.
Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.

Owning projects once asked to do them and following up with status updates
Knowledge of basic office suite software and calendaring systems
Excellent time management skills
Flexible
Deep understanding of core marketing principles and how they translate into actionable campaigns
Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs
Proven track record managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.) Experience coordinating cross-channel campaigns (email, social, content, paid media) for consistent messaging
Comfortable using marketing tools and platforms
Ability to stay current with platform algorithm changes, trends, and emerging tools
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

• 2+ years experience in an operations role in a real estate related field
• We have a full-time, in-house work model, Monday through Friday
